I’m glad we made the move to VoIP, and would definitely recommend it. Optimus Systems did a good job on the implementation. The service is really simple, and is very expandable. We have offices all over New Zealand, and now we only have one phone bill. As well as the really low cost, the VoIP phone system can do anything we dream of. It really is easy!
Office 365 is worth the investment
We now have continuity of software packages across all our computers – even our personal computers, phones and tablets, given the generous number of licenses allocated to each user. I would totally recommend Office 365 subscriptions – the ease of management, plus the multiple copies of each software licence, makes it worth the investment.
It has removed the stress of a limited service
Now, our email is always available online, and always synced with our mobile devices. Whatever I do on any device is replicated to every other device, which means that I can work on any device knowing it’s completely current. And the huge mailboxes are superb. I would definitely recommend Office 365, and Optimus Systems provided a hassle-free migration path.

The VoIP phone system allows for greater efficiency within our business. With several employees and multiple meeting rooms VoIP provides a user-friendly interface and features that far exceeded our expectations; our particular favourite being the voicemail-to-email function.

Our Premium Fibre Internet connection through Optimus Systems has been fantastic. It’s made such a difference to our productivity – file uploads and collaboration with offsite team members is so much faster and easier. We wish we’d done it sooner!

I knew that our server was critical to our business operations, and disasters do sometimes strike – and one day, our server had water damage and blew up. Optimus Systems immediately put a plan in place and used the backup to build a virtual machine and had us up and running in under an hour.
